Formulating all round development strategies, with accountability for profitability; forecast and prepare annual sales target.
Monitoring activities to ensure achievement of the value and volume targets set for all the insurance associates/ distributors consultants.

Implementing competent strategies with a view to penetrate new accounts & expand existing ones, meeting pre-determined business objectives.Managing analysis of competitive product offerings in terms of features and benefits as well as price points to assess the product against competition. Preparing & launching the annual and quarterly contests for the associates / distributor.
Insurance Operations:
Implementing and driving business for marketing and selling of insurance products through the associates / distributors network . |

Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth. Building & maintaining healthy business relations with high net worth and corporate clients, ensuring
high customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery & service quality norms.

Team Management / Training:
Overseeing recruitment and selection of the Sales Team as well as Associates for accomplishment of sales targets for financial products offered by the company. Conceptualizing and developing need based training modules on the products offered, soft skills and customer handling skills as well as facilitating IRDA training.Inculcating bonded team work and developing cohesive environment for all around development and escalating the motivation levels.
